Responsibilities:
- Property Valuation: Conduct both absolute and relative valuations of real estate assets.
- Industry Report Writing: Author clear and insightful industry research reports, presenting data-driven analyses and well-supported conclusions.
- Macroeconomic Analysis: Analyse the impact of macroeconomic factors on the value and rental potential of specific real estate projects.
- Policy Impact Assessment: Anticipate the effects of new economic or tax policies on the real estate sector and formulate strategies to address potential impacts.
- Investment Analysis: Perform cash flow analysis, investment return assessment, portfolio evaluation, and cash flow forecasting for real estate projects.
- Market Monitoring: Track news and trends from the UK, China, and the US that may influence the UK property market, providing regular insights through articles.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Degree in finance or accounting preferred
- Previous experience in stock investment analysis is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Good organisational and multitasking skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a high level of proficiency in both written and verbal English (fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus).
- Goal-oriented, client-focused, and meticulous in attention to detail.
- Professional and committed, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Positive, diligent, and resilient, with an optimistic outlook and strong work ethic.
