Job Title: Tenant Community Manager
We are looking for a warm, confident, and proactive Tenant Community Manager to enhance tenant experience and foster vibrant communities across our London properties. As the face of our brand—both in person and on camera—you should be confident creating short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, or 小红书. If you love connecting with people, creating engaging content, and building local networks, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Build tenant communities and organise lifestyle events
Create short-form content (TikTok, Reels, etc.)—must be confident appearing on camera
Act as the first point of contact for tenants (non-maintenance related)
Develop partnerships with local businesses to offer tenant perks
Communicate with tenants via WeChat, WhatsApp, and newsletters
Collect feedback and encourage tenant reviews
Support tenants with move-in processes and FAQs
What We’re Looking For:
Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
Comfortable on camera and experienced with social media platforms
Personable, organised, and self-driven
Background in hospitality, events, or lettings is an advantage
Basic video editing and content creation skills
Ability to post consistently and creatively
