Key Responsibilities:
- Film and edit video tours showcasing high-end apartments
- Photograph and retouch property images
- Create lifestyle videos that capture the essence of both the properties and their surrounding areas
- Develop engaging digital content for various social media platforms
- Contribute to the planning and execution of pre/post-production concepts
- Collaborate with the sales and lettings team to generate innovative ideas to promote properties and developments
What We're Looking For:
- Proficiency with the Sony A7 III camera and DJI RSC gimbal
- An exceptional eye for detail and logical problem-solving abilities
- A creative mindset with the ability to envision and execute ideas that bring properties to life on screen
- Physical stamina and patience, as the role may require long filming hours
- A passion for video production with a strong eagerness to learn and grow
- A team player who works well with other videographers and can see projects through to completion
- An innate ability to highlight the unique character of each property through video and photography
- Expertise in selecting the best camera lenses, lighting setups, and staging for every shot
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Suite, including Lightroom, Premiere, and Photoshop
- Extensive hands-on experience with the Sony A7 III camera and DJI RSC gimbal
- Strong attention to detail and creative thinking skills
- Ability to work efficiently with others and handle responsibility for project completion
- 2 years of experience in video production within the real estate industry
- A degree in film production or an equivalent qualification
