Our Company

Crown Home Buying Ltd was founded in 2016 and we are a boutique estate agency specialising in high-end, luxury new-build developments. Our primary objective is to assist clients from Greater China to purchase properties within the UK, primarily in central London.

We provide a holistic service to clients including general consultation, property selection, and advice throughout the entirety of the purchasing process. In addition, we work closely with partners from professional services to ensure that our clients receive the best advice available on tax, mortgages, and other financial and legal matters.


Creation of the Role

With the continuous expansion of the business and increase in market share, we would like to take on board an ambitious and passionate sales administrator at our office in central London. The successful appointee will focus on supporting the Sales Director and Property Consultants and strengthening client relationships by providing excellent customer service skills.


Main Responsibilities

Sales support

  • Support Sales Director on admin and office work 
  • Prepare return on investment calculation by using templates
  • Prepare property proposals and view itineraries
  • Arrange sales trips and appointment schedules
  • Support sales events and exhibition

After-sales transaction support

  • Ensure close communication with purchasers after exchange of contracts and completion.
  • Support Property Consultants to ensure all purchasers experience a smooth completion process.
  • Conduct handovers on behalf of the purchasers or accompany purchasers at legal completion.
  • Assist owner-occupiers on their move-in
  • Provide assistance to owner-occupiers with setting up utilities, internet and council tax
  • Liaise with developers’ customer service team to deal with all snagging and repair issues.

Office administration

  • Ensure all deliveries and mails are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Support Sales Directors on reports and sales meeting minutes

Mandatory Person Specification

  • Mandarin speaker
  • Bachelor’s degree from a leading UK university
  • Experience working with sales team is preferred
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Experience using Chinese social media sites, especially WeChat
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • A can-do attitude in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent skills in the use of Mac and Apple softwares
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a keen interest of being a team player
